Description
On Kossuth, under indictment for adulterating milk, has been acquitted. He was one of the milk-suppliers who supplied the Town Kossuth Cheese factor of Adolph Klemm, and was arrested in October, when his milk delivered to the cheese factor tested only 2.6% butterfat, while others tested 4.2%. It was shown however, that he could not have watched his milk and he was cleared. #191
